🛠 HARDWARE COMPATIBILITY

1. Requirements

Only "Fat" models and "Slim" models up to CECH-20xx, 21xx, and some 25xx are compatible with CFW.

2. Forbidden Models

DO NOT attempt to install CEX or PEX on PS3 Slim 30xx or Super Slim (40xx). For these, use HEN.

🚀 INSTALLATION STEPS

  1. Format a USB drive to FAT32 (MBR).
  2. Create a folder named PS3, and inside it, a folder named UPDATE.
  3. Place your firmware file inside and rename it to PS3UPDAT.PUP.
  4. Plug the USB into the rightmost port of your PS3 and update via System Update.
